Every managed client graded A to F on profitability, late invoices, unbilled work, billing accuracy and ticket trend. Click a grade to list its clients; lowest scores below.

Score starts at 100. Losing money −35, reprice −25, watch −10 (unlimited-support clients only); invoices over 60 days late −25, over 30 days −10; unbilled work $200+/mo −20, any −10; billing that doesn't match plan or Pax8 −10; tickets up 50%+ vs the prior 90 days −10. Recurring revenue as billed today plus required contract increases on their anniversary dates, against Pax8 cost (average of the last three invoices, plus annual licenses in the month they renew). Assumes no client changes; increases already overdue aren't included.
Each model side by side, per month. Break/fix = core services (monitoring, Microsoft 365, backup and so on) plus hourly work. Per tech hour = what's left after licenses and other pass-through costs, divided by hours logged on tickets; hours are under-logged today, so treat it as a comparison, not an exact rate.
| Model | Clients | Revenue | Licenses & other | Labor | Left over | Margin | Tickets | Revenue per ticket | Hours logged | Per tech hour |

Monthly revenue from the clients you picked above, stepped down by each cost to what's left. Pick one client to see theirs.
Each dot is a client: its share of support tickets (last 90 days, without automated alerts) against its share of revenue, within the clients you picked above. Above the solid line it uses more support than it pays for; above the dashed line, twice as much. Break/fix clients pay for their time, so a high dot there matters only when the time isn't billed.
Revenue = recurring fee (for break/fix, their core services; annual GCC High spread monthly) plus ticket work billed in the last 90 days. Costs = Pax8 licenses and Azure from your Pax8 invoices, other costs recorded on Syncro recurring lines, and labor (support tickets × cost per ticket; cost per ticket = team cost ÷ all support tickets a month across every client). Billed vs logged = hours invoiced against hours logged on their tickets, for break/fix. New unlimited clients (first recurring invoice under 120 days) show as onboarding. All figures are per month, averaged over 90 days.

Break/fix clients who paid $1,200 or more for hourly work in the last 12 months, biggest first. Suggested plan = the higher of what they already spend a month (core services plus average hourly work) and their device count × the median your unlimited clients pay per device. A starting point for the quote; your price list decides.

Remote ticket work on invoices since Aug 1, 2026 billed below $150 an hour, the rate on almost every line since then. Some may be work done before the change, or a rate agreed in writing; check before re-billing.

Each client's support plan and where it comes from: your setting first, then the latest signed agreement (PandaDoc or OneDrive), then the Syncro plan name. Unlimited covers support only; projects, out-of-scope work and hardware are billed on top. Recurring totals drift from the agreement as clients add services, so they're shown for context, not flagged.

One line per client with the fix that closes the gap. Unlimited clients: the recurring fee that reaches the target margin (only raised, never cut; healthy clients show the floor you shouldn't go under). Everyone: Pax8 licenses billed short, hourly work done but not invoiced, and seats billed with no Pax8 license to verify. Upside = monthly money you'd add.

Terms were read from each client's signed agreement in OneDrive (Clients/1 - Active). Required: the 2023–2026 agreements raise fees 5% on every anniversary of the effective date (the 2026 version says the greater of 5% or CPI-U). Optional: 2017–2019 agreements allow an increase up to CPI-U. Many 2020–2022 agreements have no increase clause at all. Amounts are on service fees only; Microsoft and other vendor licenses pass through at vendor price. "Full catch-up" is what the price would be had every past increase been applied; raising past years in one step is a client conversation, not a billing fix. Mark a client once their recurring invoice is updated.
| Client | Status | Agreement says | Next anniversary | Missed | Service fees / mo | Raise now | Full catch-up | What to do | Mark |

Each row is a client and Microsoft product where Pax8 licenses and the recurring invoice don't line up. Monthly impact is revenue you're missing, or the uplift to reach a 20% margin. Rows at the bottom bill more seats than Pax8 shows: check them before a client does. Syncro side refreshes every morning; the Pax8 license snapshot is taken every Monday (as of —). Mark a row Fixed or Ignored to hide it; a Fixed row that is still here two days later comes back, because the fix didn't take.

Every Pax8 invoice since March 2025, split by product group, against what Syncro invoices billed clients for the same products that month. Microsoft licenses, Avanan and backup are resold as line items, so they have a margin. Azure and SentinelOne are mostly covered inside plan fees (for example "Managed + Azure Cloud"), so they show as cost only. Annual renewals (GCC High) land in one month on Pax8 but are billed to the client on their own schedule, so judge margin on the 12-month totals, not a single month.

What each managed client has from what you sell (your AudIT packages plus FaaS and DMARC). Licensed services come from Syncro recurring lines; EDR and BitLocker from devices seen in the last 30 days. A dashed box is a gap; hover for its monthly value at your typical price and the client's seat count. Click any box to record where it stands — offered, interested, sold, declined, has it elsewhere, not using, not a fit, or revisit on a date — with a note. Statuses are saved for everyone who opens the dashboard. EDR comes from Huntress once it's connected.
Every computer and server Syncro monitors. Replace = Windows 10 on a CPU older than Intel 8th gen or Ryzen 2000 (can't run Windows 11). Aging = Intel 9th gen or older on Windows 11. Server 2016 support ends Jan 12, 2027. Offline = not seen for 30+ days; check whether it's retired and still billed. Syncro's warranty lookup isn't on your plan, so there's no warranty date. Set each client's refresh project status in the last column.

Last 180 days (no-time tickets: last 90). Each row is one ticket or one invoice line a tech can fix in Syncro, with what to do. Hourly tickets count only once they're 14 days old. Last six months on one scale, without automated security and API alerts. The current month is lighter. Under each: hours logged on timers that month.
A full-time month is about 173 hours. Logged hours far below that mean time isn't being recorded, which understates labor cost per client.

Pick a client to build a one-page quarterly review from the dashboard's data: support activity, their computers, security coverage, upcoming renewals and recommended next steps. The client page shows no margins, pricing or billing issues; those are in the internal prep notes below it, which are never included in the download. Download saves an HTML file you can open and print to PDF.
